Manage your all emotions that you have through enjoy your life in a day?

I’m feeling so excited in a times when i knew ‘something’ new, or i’m getting upset too much in a time when i knew there is someone looks like annoyed even they are not doing something to me. And all of sudden, when i got a bad news who making me feel so sad, i feel soooo sad even i cried.

Being a sensitive person i feel like i must saturating me in all emotions that i find in a while. If someone tried to tell me anything, i feel so excited.. but sometimes, after getting all the curiousity both of happy or sad or kind of anger situation, i feel like i’m being a messy person indeed i have no ways to take it all well.

Overthinker?

No, i just feel like i’m in a situation that myself couldn’t accept it well.

But, the situation told me to ‘focus on me’, no others.

I always try to reaching out youtube or the sources on how to control this kind of emotions,

but, the answer only tells, “Giving you time, just relax and focus what priorities that you handle! Forgive all the faultness that you do, you only a human person!”, also, trying to be closest with Allah, tell all the things that you want, only Allah is the best listener that keeping you all things secretly, privately.

Stay strong, keep being you, and focus what you are reaching for!
